Paddock terms of use

These terms apply to the use of Paddock: the web app at paddock.racing/green, the desktop app for Mac and Windows, and the iPhone and iPad app. Paddock is offered by Letter22 Information Technologies SLU, NIF B22556708, Paseo Porta Coeli 53, 46530 Puçol (Valencia), Spain ("we"). The legal notice gives our full details.

1. Beta

Paddock is in beta. It is free of charge during the beta. Functions can change, appear or go away. Before we charge for Paddock, we tell you in advance, and you decide whether to continue.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
  • Give a true e-mail address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One account is for one person.

3. Your data and your content

  • Your rights stay yours. You keep all rights to the files, sessions, videos, notes and other content that you put into Paddock.
  • What we may do with it: you allow us to store and process your content only to provide Paddock to you, as the privacy notice describes.
  • Removal: you can delete your content and your account.

4. Data of other people

You may upload sessions of other drivers and create driver profiles for them only when you are entitled to do so. Tell them about the privacy notice.

For a driver under 14, you confirm when you create the profile that a parent or guardian has consented.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • upload content that you have no right to use;
  • try to access the accounts or data of other users;
  • attack, overload or probe Paddock and its servers;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer Paddock, except where the law allows it.

6. AI features and analysis

  • The analyses, summaries and AI answers of Paddock are information to help you understand your data. They can be wrong.
  • They are not safety, mechanical or medical advice.
  • Decisions on the track, on the kart and about your health are yours.

7. Availability

  • We work to keep Paddock available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that Paddock is always available or free of faults.
  • Keep your own copies of your original logger files and videos.

8. Liability

  • We are liable without limit for damage that we cause intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.
  • For other damage, we are liable only when we break an essential duty of these terms, and only for the damage that was typical and foreseeable when you started to use Paddock.
  • Mandatory consumer protection law stays unaffected.

9. End of use

  • You can stop using Paddock and delete your account at any time.
  • We can close an account that breaks these terms. Except in serious cases, we warn you first.
  • When we stop Paddock, we tell you at least 30 days before, so that you can export your data.

10. Changes to these terms

  • We tell you in the app about a change of these terms before it takes effect.
  • When you do not accept the change, you can delete your account.

11. Law and courts

  • Spanish law applies.
  • When you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts of your place of residence.
